What it Measures

This KPI displays the average per unit month labor costs over the last three months for each AMP and development.

When to Use it and Why

This KPI is best reviewed on a quarterly basis and is useful for comparing the costs of maintaining a unit within AMPs and developments.

Current Refresh Frequency

Daily: Work order labor cost values are updated in HIP at the end of each day.

Historical Archive Frequency

Monthly: Work order labor cost values are created, or archived, at the end of the month; you can compare each month using the historical view.
